We are currently looking for Business Developments Managers for our team.

The role:

Manages the planning and execution of business development and marketing activities for a product line.

Manages strategic account development, marketing programs, and sales activities.

Manages and monitors sales results in relation to goals.

Develops and implements a long-range business development plan that may include product planning.

Participates with staff in the development of goals and objectives.

Works with the executive staff, research and development team, and other employees to identify
       opportunities for the company's products in accord with the company's development.

Develops and establishes strategic partnerships or joint ventures that strengthen product visibility,
       demand, and position in the market.

Advises and guides sales efforts including activities of sales representatives.

Provides leadership and guidance for marketing, public relationships, product management, channel
       marketing, event marketing, and creative services.

May prepare and deliver marketing presentations and business proposals.

Attends relevant industry events and promotional opportunities.

Ensures proper representation at trade show events in order to generate sales leads and enhance brand
       image.

Periodically analyzes effectiveness of marketing activities and makes improvements where necessary.

Conducts market research to determine feasibility and marketability of new products or features.

Assists in the annual budget planning process and regularly monitors expenditures.

Communicates clearly and directly with employees concerning performance expectations and productivity

Responsible for suggesting methods to improve area operations, processes, efficiency, and service to
       both internal and external customers.

Must have relevant experience.

Must have relevant qualification.
