We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives for our team.
Summary:
Capable of responding to service requests, inquiries, or complaints, and providing solutions to concerns
over the telephone, messaging system, or via e-mail.
Ensures maximum good will from all transactions.
Builds relationships with current customers and solicit sales of new or additional services.
Solicitations to be handled with tact, professionalism, and efficiency.
Contact customers proactively to advise of products.
Obtains customer feedback information.
Assists callers and customers with a smile, listening carefully, and responding politely.
Converses with customers concerning their needs such as messages, orders, returns, shipments,
products, and information.
Handles customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Takes complete messages and verifies all information.
Ensures that each message or special request is documented.
Acts on each contact according to procedural steps, in specified exact order.
Tracks messages or orders throughout all steps in follow-up procedure.
Key data into computer to compile work volume statistics for accounting purposes and to keep records of
customer service requests and complaints.
