We are currently looking for a Receptionist for our team.
Summary:
Attends to all customers or visitors, answers all incoming calls and maintains an awareness of company
personnel whereabouts.
Performs light clerical and secretarial duties.
Answers all incoming calls in a pleasant, professional and courteous manner by the third ring.
When the requested person is not available and no one else is able to answer the caller's questions,
follow company policy and procedure to take and deliver messages.
Transfers calls by using intercom and phone system.
Greets and handles walk-in customers.
Visitors and clients are welcomed in a friendly, efficient, timely manner.
Logs in front office deliveries, such as mail parcels.
Announces arrival of parcels to the appropriate person.
May collect and distribute mail and messages.
Maintains appearance of front area; waters plants, arranges newspaper and magazines.
Responsible for obtaining back up when unable to answer the phones.
Must have relevant experience.
Must have relevant qualification.
