We are currently looking for a Tele-Sales Person for our team.

Summary:

Promote products and services via phone.

Sell products via phone mail and email.

Arrange sales appointment via phone, mail and email.

Contact customers proactively to advise of problems or to gather information necessary to process
       messages thoroughly.

Assists callers, clients, and their customers with a smile, listening carefully, and responding politely.

Converses with customers concerning their needs such as messages, orders, returns, shipments,
       products, and information.

Communication must be friendly, helpful, accurate, and timely.

Relationships with all customers are efficient, friendly, and professional.

Handles unhappy customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Builds relationships with current clients. May solicit sales of new or additional services.

Obtains customer feedback information and submits to Customer Service Manager for evaluation.

Reports all problems promptly.

May initiate orders for replacements or for correcting errors (shortages, wrong item shipped, etc.).

May key data into computer to compile work volume statistics for accounting purposes and to keep
       records of customer service requests and complaints.

Must have relevant experience.

Must have relevant qualification.
