1) - Orders can be placed by either phone, e-mail, online, fax or post (*full details below)

2) - Please quote Salon/Spa/Clinic name, person placing the orders name, county and telephone number.

3) - Please place your order by brand name.

4) - Please state quantities and whether require retail or testers (for salon use only)

5) - Orders placed before noon with payment will be shipped the same day.

6) - Orders received, awaiting payment (i.e. cheque in the post) goods will be shipped once payment arrives in our office. We cannot accept responsibility on postal delays with cheques. Stock will be held in our loading bay for 10 days only. After this goods go back into stock if payment does not arrive with us.

7) - Adding to your order at a later stage may cause delays.

8) - Payments for all goods must be forwarded before shipment of goods, either by credit card, cheque.

Prices are correct at the time of printing but are subject to alteration without prior notice.

All prices are exclusive of VAT and delivery costs.

Orders over €300/£300 ex vat, shipping is free of charge, all orders under this threshold will incur a courier charge of €10.00/£10.00 per package.

This is a 24 to 48 hr Delivery Service this turnover time is quoted in good faith but not guaranteed. We cannot accept responsibility for transport delay by third party companies All goods are signed for as proof of delivery.

Orders (unless back orders see below) are shipped by our preferred delivery service.

Here at Skinlogic we do not operate on a Sale & Return basis, goods for return will not be accepted unless it is our error or brought to our attention within 24 hours of receipt.

The following procedures must to followed:

1) - Contact our office within 24 hours stating the problem /error.

2) - Products must be in perfect re-saleable condition. Used, damaged or defaced products will not be accepted under any circumstances./p>

3) - The company accepts no responsibility for returned parcels that have become lost in the post or otherwise.

4) - Any returned packages will be reshipped at your request and will incur a shipping fee of a further €10.00/£10.00

5) - Products damaged in transit cannot be accepted unless brought to our attention within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

We try hard to ensure that correct stock levels are in place, however there are inevitably shortages of some products from time to time. If products are out of stock we place them on back order if requested You will not be charged for back orders unless you request us to do so. (Please note: For Opening orders all back orders are charged for). Once goods are in stock you will be contacted and goods shipped out depending on payment. All back orders are shipped out by registered post.

Please note you are not charged for postage and packing on back orders, if items are added to your back order a charge of €10.00 for shipping will be incurred as this is a fresh order added to your back order. (Only for orders under €300/£300 ex vat).
