These terms and conditions regulate the business relationship between you and us. By using Our Website in any way, or by buying from us, you agree to be bound by them.

SkinLogic presents items as an invitation for sale and reserves the right to refuse sales without giving reason. All prices are in Euro €
After you have finished your selection you will be transferred to Paypal. Paypal uses a secure 128bit algorithm to encrypt your details.
Credit Card Security: All payments are transferred to either Stripe or Paypal, credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer systems. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Shipping address & Billing address Credit card payments: Your order will only be processed if your credit card billing address and card security code can be verified by our credit card payment acquisition company. Only at our discretion we will ship to a separate delivery address. We have introduced these precautions for the safety of our customers and us.
Delivery: You undertake that all details you provide to skinlogiconline.com for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered. If you supply incorrect or inaccurate address details and your order is returned to us as a result of this, a charge will be made for re-delivery.
Cooling off: Consumers are entitled to a cooling-off period of 7 days, which begins on the day that they receive the product. The goods must be returned to us in an unused, as new and re-saleable condition. During the cooling-off period, the consumer can cancel distance contracts without giving a reason and without incurring charges or penalties other than the charges incurred in returning the goods. The customer is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns. Please be sure that return shipments are properly packed and fully insured.
Damaged or faulty goods: A re-postage fee will not be charged for items which you have received faulty, damaged or wrongly packaged. We will refund the cost of postage back to you if the item was received damaged or faulty, or if we accidentally sent you the wrong merchandise, as long as the return postage costs are reasonable. Misused or abused merchandise will not be accounted as defective and will not be considered for an exchange or refund.
Shipping and Delivery Time: Delivery of your product is normally within 5 working days, and frequently within 24hrs. If your order is delayed, please mail firstname.lastname@example.org. For International deliveries, deliveries normally arrive within 4 to 7 working days, but you should allow up to 2 weeks. We regret that we cannot be held responsible if the courier has failed to notify you of an attempted delivery. You will need to take this up with the courier company. In the unlikely event that your goods have been lost in transit, we are unable to refund or resend goods until our enquires have been completed. This can take up to 7 working days as a trace will need to be issued to track your goods. In most circumstances this will be resolved sooner.

- Losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made.
- Losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of skinlogiconline.com.
- Business losses and/or losses to non consumers.
- Goods delivered to Work/Alternative addresses given by the cardholder.
Complaints: We will acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and provide a likely timescale for resolving the dispute and we will keep you informed about the progress. If you wish to make a complaint about our products or services, please e-mail us in the first instance to email@example.com. Please provide full details of your complaint. Our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction and we rigorously investigate any complaint that you might have This policy may be modified or changed without notice. Tax: All orders are inclusive of all Irish tax. If you are an international customer, it is your responsibility to pay any extra taxes incurred on the importation of the goods. We will not accept responsibility for any action taken by customs in your country.
